"Behind the Scenes"

So a part of what I love about being a designer, is the behind the scenes projects, such as the most recent photoshoot. For this photoshoot I used one of my good friends who also shoots the Victoria Fashion Show.  Not to mention shoots he's done for the music industry and his amazing wedding shoots. We also had wardrobe stylist Melissa founder of Vetir Femme on set who was absolutely amazing, she was extremely hands on and really understood the concept and theme of the shoot, making the shoot run smoothly.  For the looks I worked with Alba boutique in Ridgewood, NJ and Hoboken NJ.  That was actually a fun process as I personally went to the store pulled the looks I was looking to use, while having a cocktail so that was fun! In addition Melissa pulled some looks from the concept/look ideas we provided to her.  So it was really a group effort and came out amazing! Hair and make up was done by Nicole of NJ Stylist Studios, which also came out amazing.  We actually had a second where we needed the hair look to be switched literally within minutes and Nicole did an amazingly fast chic job on set! Nicole also worked with the make up and make up brushes by Sigma Beauty.  Hope you love the images! xoxo, Sakura
